How to make Organic Chicken Chow Mein..!

Organic Chicken Chow Mein is a delightful and spicy recipe that will make your mouth water. The blend of organic chicken, noodles, vegetables, and spicy sauces enhance its taste in multi-folds. It is one of the favourite meals of children, and they constantly crave it. In addition, it’s less time-consuming and easy to prepare. You can prepare it at home for your guests or family, following our instructions.


    For Marination:

  • organic chicken (boneless) – 400 grams (cut into thin stripes)
  • Black pepper – one teaspoon
  • Salt– one teaspoon
  • Baking Soda– one teaspoon
  • Soy sauce– one teaspoon
  • Vinegar– one teaspoon


  • Noodles – 150 grams
  • Garlic (chopped) – one teaspoon
  • Spring Onions (white portion) – 2 teaspoons
  • Spring onions (green portion) – 2 teaspoons
  • Cabbage (shredded) – one cup
  • Carrot (finely sliced into sticks) – one cup
  • Capsicum (green) – one cup (finely cut)
  • Black pepper – one teaspoon
  • Salt– one teaspoon
  • Red chilli and Green chilli sauce– one teaspooneach
  • Soy sauce– one teaspoon
  • Vinegar– one teaspoon
  • Salt – one teaspoon
  • Oil – two teaspoons



  • Take 400 grams of boneless organic chicken (finely cut into small stripes) in a bowl.
  • Add the black pepper and salt to the amount you need.
  • Now, you should add the baking soda ( one teaspoon).
  • Lastly, put in the vinegar and soy sauce (one teaspoon each).
  • Mix the components nicely and let them rest.
  • It will take half an hour to marinate.

  Noodles Boiling:

  • Heat 1.5 litres of water in a wok till it boils.
  • Now add the noodles and stir them.
  • Boiling will take about two to three minutes.
  • After Draining, add some oil to avoid sticking.
  • Keep for later use.

Dish Making:

  • Take a pan or wok and heat two tablespoons of oil in it.
  • Put in the garlic and saute for a while with a stir.
  • Now add the stripes of organic chicken that you have marinated.
  • Fry on full flame for 2-3 minutes with a constant stir.
  • Fry till you see that the colour of stripes is brown equally.
  • Add the white portion of scallion and stir for a few moments.
  • Now add the carrot julienne and stir it constantly for about half a minute.
  • Put in the sliced cabbage and green bell pepper.
  • Give a stir and then sprinkle a pinch of salt as well as the black pepper.
  • Keep stirring on full flame for about one minute.
  • Now add the boiled noodles and toss to mix properly.
  • Now it’s time to add the sauces ( one teaspoon each of soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, and vinegar).
  • Toss again to coat the noodles with sauces.
  • Now sprinkle the green sliced spring onion to garnish your dish.
  • Stop the heat. Your spicy organic chicken Chow Mein is ready to serve.
